Shamsia Sultana, business leader with over decades of experience in Nutraceutical industry. She started her journey in year 2005 as Research and development in Microbiology and immunology after completing her Master in Biotechnology from Mysore University in year 2005.
She has published in peer reviewed journals in areas related to microbiology apart from probiotics.
Prior to start the entrepreneur journey she is associated with The Himalaya Drug Company.

He is experience Scientist and management Professional with a demonstrated history of developing Business. Skilled in Probiotic & Prebiotic handling Operations Management, Project management, Budgeting, Analytical skills, Market Research and handling large teams.
A Quality Assurance Head is a professional in charge of ensuring that all products are made with quality and are reliable. Graduated in B E (Biotechnology) and basically a Microbiologist having 17 Years of Expertise in Fermentation, Auditing & testing of API’s.
He is certified lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000, and Certified Auditor of NSF Committee and International Drug Association. Proficient in taking multitask in various departments in an industry such as Quality Assurance, Quality Control. Also possess knowledge of Product and Project Development, Commercialization, and application.
He holds currently 03 Patents in “Thermo-stable strains, products, and methods thereof”. His area of expertise in Regulatory/System Audits, Customer Audits, GMP, cGMP, GLP, ICH, ISO Guidelines as per API/Pharma Industry
